ロシア鉄道その５（Bユニットの動力化２）

ロシア模型鉄道２TE116MのBユニット動力化の続編です。

First of all lets to name 2TE116 nonmotorize car as model A and BR232 (donor) as model B.

 

You should:
- Delete plate A from middle of  model A. (see photo "A model")
- Unsolder wires from plate A. 
- Do not touch wires from plate B 
-Mark wires as 1,2,3 according to photo "B model"
-Remove the two 3-axis bogies from model A
-Remove the four covering plates from two bogies. Mark this covering page as 2TE116 covering plates.
-Remove big board with lights in the middle of model B
- Delete 2 lights from big board.
-Remove engine from model B
-Remove the two 3-axis bogies with reducer from model B
-Replace the reducer shafts to 2 special shafts. New shafts should  be shorter.
-Remove the four covering plates from two 3-axis bogies with reducer from model B
-Put the engine in model A.
-Put big board from the middle of model B to the middle of model A. Perhaps  you need to drill 3 holes
- Put the 2 two 3-axis bogies with reducer from model B to model A
- Connect the shafts to engine 
- Put plate B from model A with wires to model A.
-Solder wires 1,2,3 from plate B to big board according to photo "B model"
-Put ( may be glue) the four 2TE116 covering plates on two 3-axis bogies with reducer from model B
-That all

 

ヘリコプター到着しました

アメリカから輸入した入門編ラジコンヘリコプターが到着しました。　そのまま試運転できるよう，すべてが揃っていました。"Nothing left to buy"です。アメリカ製品ですので，スロットルは左の上下です。　本体（３１グラム），送信機電池，ヘリ用バッテリー（写真２の右下，小さいものです）などなどです。　ヘリ用バッテリーは送信機にプラグインして充電しますが，送信機の電池は減ってしまいます。別途ＡＣ充電器を揃えた方が良さそうです。充電３０分，フライト５分程度です。キットに入っていたすべてを掲載しました。さらに取扱説明書も入っています（英文ですが）。やんちゃ坊主のようで楽しいです。次回は，動画でご説明します。

輸入代行業の責務

京都にも雪が積もりました

弊社は，京都市の西南角に位置しています。西には，京都の西山が眺められます。昨土曜に京都にも雪が降りました。１０センチの積雪です。遊びに来ていた３歳の孫が作った四体の雪だるまをご覧ください。左からパパ，ママ，自分と弟です。中央前は，弊社の名誉会長ピース君のそっくりくんです。

ラジコン 飛行機その１

ラジコンの花形は，なんといっても飛行機です。写真をご覧下さい。これはExtra 330 Lという機種で，自作されました。まさに着陸態勢に入っています。無事に着陸させるのには，大変な練習が要るそうです。お客様からいただいた写真です。この方は，着陸時の速度を自作のマイコンで計測し，操縦者から見えるように，強力発光ダイオードを装備されました。後日ご紹介します。
同機は，現在９１クラスのエンジン（約１５ＣＣ）ですが，垂直上昇には力不足で，１１０クラス(約１８ＣＣ）に改造される計画です。

ラジコン ホーバークラフト

２０１２年２月号のラジコン技術に，ホーバークラフト製作記が掲載されています。操船は，浮上操作，方向舵，前進後進，サイドスラスターの４つを微妙に制御することが肝要だそうです。

写真のようなラジコン　ホーバークラフトも市販されています。

浮上は，本体電源をONすると，すぐ開始します。前進後進，方向転換は，後尾に設置された，２つのプロペラの正逆転の組み合わせで行います。

ロシア鉄道その４（Bユニットの動力化１）

２TE116M　Bユニットの動力化シリーズです。実車と違い，模型では，Bユニットは動力化されていません。これにモータを付けて動力化して，牽引力を倍加する試みです。
７２両以上のOre車両（鉱石車両）を坂道含めて，牽引するには，Aユニットだけでは，力不足です。
ロシアのディーラにお聞きすると，”Bユニットのモータ化は，キットとしては販売していない”とのことです。でも，”こうやったら！”と手順を教えてもらえました。
ロシア鉄道模型で，Bユニットの動力化は，始めてとおっしゃって下記のメールをいただきました。

Regarding motorize kit for 2TE116:
So, Step 1:
You may use chassis from model old (used) Roco model for additional motor installation.

Model name of Roco model may be any from follow list:

BR-132 art.63911.

BR-142 аrt.62865.

BR-234 аrt.62867.

ROCO catalogue at 2009-2010 year.

It is as example. Price of model according to catalogue 154-159 EUR.

I do not have used Roco model for sell. You may find used Roco model in market of your country or on ebay

In any way the prices for used models in Russia are more expensive then outside Russia.

Step 2:

After that need change 2 shafts on Roco chassis to 2 special shafts.
